All table reservations require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the booking may incur a €10 per person fee. For private events (over 8 guests), a 30% deposit is non‑refundable.
We use common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, seafood). Please inform our staff about any severe allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from purchase and can be used for food and drinks (excluding service charge). Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave if they behave disrespectfully toward staff or guests. Guests are liable for any damage to the premises.
Moonstone Kitchen is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by Greek law.
